Presented FedDQN-TSR at ICECTE 2026 (RUET, Bangladesh, Jan 29–31)! The paper applies federated deep Q-learning to traffic sign recognition in IoV settings — the key insight being that resource-awareness (bandwidth, compute per vehicle) needs to be a first-class objective in the RL reward, not an afterthought. Great discussions at the venue. Paper is now in the IEEE proceedings.
